I snapped these when I went to work on my room on Thursday. Everything pushed to the corner! By the time I left, I had all the furniture placed, all the bulletin boards covered with new butcher paper and cute new border, put up my calendar wall, and sorted books. I didn't take any pics of that progress because I want to wait to show it when it is finished! I'm really excited about it! I moved to a different classroom this year and I have much more/better furniture and materials this time, so that makes things easier! I still can't believe this is my SIXTH year.

Hard to believe it's that time of year again. Where did our summer go? I''m a retired public school teacher now teaching preschool in the private sector. I never thought I'd teach lower than 1st grade, but I can honestly say teaching four year olds three days a week has been such a treat! Best wishes for a great year! Can't wait to see your finished classroom. Isn't it exciting to get ready?!
